Kristi is a certified Integrative Health Practitioner and RYT200 yoga instructor who has been practicing yoga since 2012. From her very first class, yoga became an anchor in her life, guiding her through a variety of forms and philosophies. Her mission is to share yoga’s transformative power, empowering her students to reduce stress, build strength, and foster inner peace. Specializing in Yin, Vinyasa, Hatha and Kriya yoga, Kristi creates classes that blend playful movement with grounding meditation, accompanied by vibrant to atmospheric and meditative melodies creating a reflective and transformative soundscape. Her sessions encourage self-awareness, cultivate resilience, and leave students feeling rejuvenated and deeply connected to the present moment. Off the mat, Kristi enjoys hiking, cooking, becoming fluent in Italian and studying integrative health, which inspires her holistic approach to wellness.
Her journey into Functional Medicine was to begin to heal herself. First-hand experiences with extreme health challenges spurred extensive studies and fostered the desire to help others and to share the transformational power of healing through holistic modalities, rooted in diet and lifestyle interventions.
After a year-long search and many doctors, looking for answers, she finally found help through functional medicine labs and holistic protocols. She says, “If I can heal naturally, so can you!”
She is deeply committed to sharing her knowledge with others and has built a supportive wellness community through her practice which she named Whole Life Vibe. Created through a holistic lens of healthy lifestyle, food, nutrition, yoga, and positive mindset.
With her Integrative Health Practitioner certification, she now helps others become versions of their best selves through personalized consultations and will soon integrate verifiable date through lab work.
